Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the Rental Agreement and all service terms before making payment. Our team is available to clarify any questions regarding the agreement, service scope, and compliance requirements.
By signing the Rental Agreement and completing the subscription process, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions.
Customers may choose not to proceed with the service before signing the Rental Agreement.
Once the Rental Agreement has been signed and the service has been activated, no refund shall be provided.
Registration fees, documentation charges, government fees, processing fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable.
Service rejection or delays arising from government regulations, GST authorities, MCA requirements, or other regulatory bodies shall not qualify for a refund.
No refund will be issued if the customer fails to provide required documents or complete the verification process.
The Virtual Office Agreement is valid for the agreed contractual period.
Customers may request cancellation of the agreement only after the completion of the initial 11-month agreement period, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Any outstanding dues or obligations must be cleared before cancellation is processed.
Renewal payments are non-refundable.
Upon termination, expiry, or non-renewal of the service, customers must remove the WBB Office address from all business records, GST registrations, company records, websites, marketing materials, stationery, and other official documents within 30 days.
WBB Office shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the continued use of its address after service termination or expiry.
Eva Info Marketing Solutions OPC Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if:
The customer engages in illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
Customer verification remains incomplete.
False, misleading, or invalid documents are submitted.
The customer violates applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of the Rental Agreement.
